Ponder & Co. (“Ponder”) is pleased to announce that Ohio Valley Hospital, located in Kennedy Township, Pennsylvania, has merged with Heritage Valley Health System. The hospital has become the third hospital in Heritage Valley Health System.

Ohio Valley Hospital is a 124-bed, not-for-profit hospital, with more than 250 physicians in 26 medical specialties and a full range of advanced diagnostic tools and treatments. The hospital campus also includes a senior living division consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, as well as a school of nursing and a school of radiography.
