Mr. Dills joined Ponder & Co. in 2017. As an associate in the Capital Advisory Group, he is primarily responsible for providing quantitative analysis in structuring complex financing transactions while also assisting clients with credit and debt capacity analysis and plan of finance generation. His experience encompasses a variety of healthcare transactions, including fixed and floating rate bond structures, taxable and tax-exempt, in the public and private capital markets, with a particular focus in pricing private market transactions.
Mr. Dills has participated in over $8 billion of transactions for NFP healthcare systems, senior living facilities, and universities. He has worked with a variety of clients, from large multi-state systems to small stand-alone hospitals. Mr. Dills has completed financings for CentraCare, The Guthrie Clinic, INTEGRIS Health, Infirmary Health, Scripps Health, South Broward Hospital District, Valley Health, Vanderbilt University, Vidant Health, and Yale New Haven Health, among others.
Mr. Dills holds a B.A. in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
