Dave Johnson

Mr. Johnson joined Ponder & Co. in 2019. As the Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for accounting, human resources, information technology, and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Ponder & Co., he served in a variety of financial leadership roles including CFO, Controller, and Vice President of Finance in various industries including manufacturing, energy, consulting, and material handling. His past employers include Armstrong World Industries, Ingersoll-Rand, Johnson Controls, Cummins, Eco-Energy, and Diakonia Group.

Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. in accounting from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from Regis University in Denver.  He is an active Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee.
