Harrison Davis

Mr. Davis joined Ponder & Co. in 2018. As an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, his responsibilities include analytical due diligence and process management support on M&A transactions, valuations, strategic options assessments, and other engagements. He also performs valuation and merger model analysis and conducts market research on selected hospital and healthcare systems to identify and prioritize the optimal potential targets.

Prior to joining the Ponder team, Mr. Davis attended Auburn University. While at Auburn, as a member of the Honors College, Mr. Davis earned a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Business. He was honored with Magna Cum Laude distinction.
