Jennifer K. Daugherty

Ms. Daugherty joined Ponder in 2008 and currently serves as a managing director for Capital Advisory. She has more than 30 years of experience in providing investment banking and financial advisory services to hospital systems, academic medical centers, public hospitals and HMOs.

Ms. Daugherty has completed transactions totaling $25+ billion for healthcare providers, including tax-exempt and taxable debt issues, derivatives transactions and credit facilities. She has assisted clients with acquisitions, divestitures and joint venture opportunities.

Additionally, Ms. Daugherty has extensive client relationships including Mercy Health (OH), SCL Health System, Catholic Health Initiatives, and Legacy Health (OR). As an investment banker, she maintained long-standing relationships with her clients through an emphasis on consistent, unbiased advice and advocacy in the capital markets.

Ms. Daugherty holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from New York University and a A.B. in economics from Princeton University and was honored with Cum Laude distinction. She is a registered Municipal Advisor (Series 50).
