Mr. Henkel joined Ponder & Co.’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in 2013. His daily responsibilities include developing financial models for engagement projects, assisting in preparation of presentations for client pitches and for engagement projects, maintaining the M&A comparable transaction database and assisting in due diligence related to transactions.
Prior to joining Ponder & Co., he worked in Supply Chain Operations at Under Armour.
Mr. Henkel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
